If you do something 100% of the time, say always.



I always eat tomatoes.


If you do it 80-90% of the time, say usually.



I usually drink coffee in the morning.


If you do it 50% of the time, say sometimes.



I sometimes eat breakfast.


If you do it 25% of the time, say rarely.



I rarely go to the theater.


And if you do it 0% of the time, say never.



I never talk on the phone.
